Submission and peer review systems
- Bring in files as well as author- and article-related metadata from submissions and peer reviews.
Metadata management
- All references are validated against Crossref, and the system helps bring in the correct information as well as any additional details related to the citations that can be accepted or rejected.
- References are validated against PubMed, and corrections are suggested based on these checks. DOIs and PMIDs can also be brought in and added.
- When a user searches for a funder’s name in the editor, the funder information is retrieved from the Crossref Funder Registry and populated automatically.
- In the Kriyadocs submission system, when an author enters their ORCID iD, their details are automatically populated in the form. Publishers can also authenticate their author logins with the ORCID iDs.
Hosting platforms and repositories
- Full-text XML packages can be exported from the system and directly pushed to the hosting platforms of the publisher’s choice.
- Output files and metadata can be submitted to various content aggregators. In addition, NIH-funded accepted manuscripts can also be submitted.
- Research data can be automatically deposited to repositories like Jisc.
Video hosting platforms
- Integrations with video communication platforms and image libraries enable the delivery of multimedia content, including video abstracts.
